Once registration opens, the registration link leads to an external Race Result page. Participant, contact and payment data entered there is not collected by this website. Before entering data, review the privacy information and terms provided with that registration offer.

This static website does not set cookies itself. The external registration service may use its own technical processes; Race Result provides information about them on the linked registration page.
Technical delivery and server logs
When the website is requested, the IP address, time, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer, browser and device information may be processed technically. This is necessary to deliver the website, diagnose errors and defend against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website. Technical logs are normally deleted within 14 days. Entries connected to a specific security incident or legal obligation may be retained for longer. The website is delivered from self-managed server infrastructure operated through Coolify.
Email contact
Email contact processes sender address, message content and technical metadata to handle the enquiry. Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking steps before a contract or our legitimate interest in responding. Access is limited to assigned association members and technically necessary email providers. Do not include medical diagnoses or another person's contact details unless genuinely necessary. Enquiries are retained only as long as required for handling, evidence or legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may withdraw consent for the future. Complaints may be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
